What a market means here
A market is a metro where we can turn up a circuit inside a building on this list without building new fiber to reach it.
Each market page lists the buildings we serve in that metro by name and street address, so you can check your own address before you ask for a quote. If your building is on the list, a wave or a point-to-point Layer 2 circuit into it is a pricing question rather than a construction question, and the quote comes back in days instead of weeks.
What we sell into these buildings is transport: 10G and 100G waves for a dedicated lambda between two sites, and point-to-point Layer 2 when you want a switched handoff and the option to ride a shared port. Colocation and AS7201 IP transit are sold only in the facilities we operate or occupy directly, which are listed on the network page — being in a market here does not mean we rack equipment there.
Every entry is a building where a cross connect is the only thing between our transport and your cage or suite. The list is refreshed monthly and is a floor rather than a ceiling: off-net delivery to an address that is not listed is often possible, it just takes a survey and a longer interval. Availability at any listed building is still subject to a port check and a survey at order time.
