These are general website terms. Services are provided under a signed service order and master service agreement. Where a signed agreement conflicts with this page, the signed agreement controls.
1. Agreement
These terms govern use of this website and, together with any service order and master service agreement, the provision of services by Network Edge LLC.
2. Services
Network Edge provides Layer 3 IP transit on AS7201, colocation, and point-to-point Layer 2 transport. Service specifics — capacity, ports, locations, term, pricing and service levels — are set out in the applicable service order.
3. Customer responsibilities
- Provide accurate technical and billing information
- Announce only IP address space you are authorized to announce, and maintain accurate IRR objects and ROAs for it
- Operate your equipment and network competently and securely
- Comply with the Acceptable Use Policy
- Keep a reachable technical and NOC contact on file
4. Routing
We apply prefix filters, BGP import and export policy, and RPKI/ROA-based route origin validation. We may decline to accept or propagate announcements that are unauthorized, unfilterable, invalid, or that present a risk to the network or to the Internet.
5. Maintenance
We perform scheduled and emergency maintenance. Scheduled maintenance is notified in advance to the contacts on file. Emergency maintenance may be performed with shorter notice where necessary to protect service.
6. Suspension
We may suspend or limit service where required to protect the network or other customers, in response to a material breach of these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, for non-payment, or where required by law.
7. Billing
Charges, billing cycle, commitments and overage are set out in the service order. Amounts are due per the terms of the applicable invoice. Late amounts may accrue interest and may result in suspension.
8. Term and termination
Term, renewal and notice requirements are set out in the service order. Termination for convenience before the end of a committed term may incur early-termination charges as stated there.
9. Warranties and liability
Except as expressly stated in a signed agreement, services are provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Network Edge is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data.
10. Website content
The content, design, logo and artwork of this website are the property of Network Edge LLC and may not be reproduced without permission. Network and product names of other organizations are the property of their respective owners.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
