This policy explains how Network Edge LLC (“Network Edge”, “we”, “us”) handles information collected through this website and in the course of providing IP transit, colocation and Layer 2 transport services.

Information you give us. Contact details, company details, technical details of your network (such as ASN, prefixes and site addresses) and anything else you submit through a form or by email.
Service and billing records. Account, contract, invoice and payment records necessary to provide and bill for services.
Operational data. Interface counters, routing information, flow and capacity data, ticket history and maintenance records generated in the normal operation of the network.
Website data. Standard web server logs, including IP address, user agent, referring page and timestamps.

3. How we use it

To provision, operate, troubleshoot and bill for services
To secure the network and investigate abuse or misuse
To communicate about maintenance, incidents and account matters
To meet legal, regulatory and contractual obligations

We do not sell personal information.

4. Traffic content

Network Edge is a transit and transport provider. We do not inspect the content of customer traffic in the ordinary course of business. We may examine traffic characteristics where necessary to diagnose a fault, protect the network, respond to an attack, or comply with a lawful requirement.

5. Disclosure

We may disclose information to service providers who help us operate the business (such as facility operators, carriers and billing providers), to comply with law or valid legal process, to enforce our agreements, or to protect the rights, property or safety of Network Edge, our customers or the public.

6. Retention

We keep information for as long as needed to provide services and to satisfy legal, tax, accounting and dispute-resolution requirements, then delete or anonymize it.

7. Security

We apply administrative, technical and physical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

This website is built as static pages and does not set advertising or tracking cookies. If we add analytics in future, this policy will be updated to say so before it is deployed.
